When a vacancy occurs in your property, or when you simply need an extra effort for 30-60-90 days, we make it easy for you to bring in the hospitality temp staffing you need until these critical positions can be filled.

Step One: Submit an RFP

Use our online Request for Proposal or contact us for a conversation. We will ask you several questions about your staffing requirements in order to provide the best possible contractor for your needs.

Step Two: Candidate Screening

We will tap into our network of pre-screened, highly-qualified, and experienced independent contractors to determine which candidates will be the best fit for your hotel or resort.

Step Three: Remote Interview

You will be able to choose from the top 1-4 candidates who meet your needs, and we will coordinate phone interview appointments between you and the contractor(s).

Step Four: Finalize Your Arrangements

Your chosen contractor will be ready to begin as soon as your contract and deposit are received, according to the start date that best suits your company.
